FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work carefully and thoroughly each time we estimate a project. Each one is as unique as the clients requesting the work. Our estimates are free as is our advice. We look forward to earning your business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All work starts with a phone call between Chris and the client to determine the scope of the work and ultimately if we're a good fit. Next we would visit the site, discuss the work further, take measurements, etc. If possible we'll provide a ballpark number to determine if we're within the clients budget before starting the time-consuming estimation process. While smaller jobs are fairly straightforward and easy to estimate, the more complicated projects will require some sort of design, which is perfect for our "design, then build" approach. Chris will use a lifetimes experience in remodeling to create a design using 3d modeling software, and for a fraction of the cost of hiring an architect. Once the design, budget and contract are finalized, it's time to get started! we can do as little as as much as you need, from apply for the permits to assisting with color palette and design selections. Our written warranty will clearly outline what's covered by us and the manufacturers. The only thing left is your fantastic review of our performance and referring us to your friends and family!
