FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
im fair and often price match written quotes of reputable competitors in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm easy to work with and communicate well with all types. But it's hard to really grasp the full extent of a project with out seeing the property. So I usually meet and look over it with property owners . Then I ask what there wanting to do or achieve with a project or what kinda problems they seem to resolve. Discuss there options and different custom design ideas , then I asses labor and expenses I may have and weigh them against budget and time restrictions . And try to create a plan that's affordable and effective. If need be or asked I provide imagery to reference final result. On larger projects I write contracts and negotiate payment agreements. But alot of the time on simple stuff I will seal the deal with a handshake and set a date to begin. written quotes and expenses along with billing sheets are always available at clients request.
