Do what he said he would do: 2 smoke alarms taped to the ceiling, stair carpet was loose and had gaps on either side replace sink plumbing with out the 3 month old 3/4 hp garbage disposal where did it go? The cold water does not work in the upstairs bathroom. He replaced both ceiling fans and did not connect the lights to the wall switches. He broke the refrigerator door so it makes a loud clicking noise when it is closed. He did not replace the drywall in the utility room as promised I made the mistake of making the final payment of $24,000 before he was finished.
