- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are charged on a by-word basis. We charge $10 for documents that are 500 words or less. Clients that have projects larger than 500 words will receive a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our client is satisfied with our terms of service and payment is received, we immediately begin work on the project. We ask our clients to e-mail the project documents directly to us, if this is not a possibility we have alternate means to receive the documents. We typically have a same day turnaround, however project size will always be the determining factor in our project completion estimate.
