- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible in my pricing. I accept credit cards, cash, check, payments, Rocky Mountain Barter, IMS Barter, and Tradebank. I provide a 10% discount for all new clients from Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I start with a phone call and a FREE 1 hour consultation. After the initial contact I send an eMail with information about my business and a short questionnaire. Over the years, I've worked in dozens of industries however nobody knows your business better than you. This questionnaire helps me to understand the best way to approach your specific needs. The final step is to settle on payment arrangements and begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in English Literature and a Master's in Sociology. They are not degrees in Marketing which is a very good thing... The marketing that I've learned they don't teach in school. I've spent the last 14 years studying marketing and learning from the greats: Dan Kennedy, Zig Ziglar, Gulliver Giles, Terry Bryan, Joel Bauer, etc. Some of these are names you'll recognize nationally, some are from other countries, and some state level marketing gurus. I invest over $50,000 a year in my continuing education through coaching, mentoring, and information products.
