Got a confirmation on a monday that the appointment will be for next Saturday. When Saturday came and we waited an 1 hr beyond scheduled time was told that the appointment was for the following Saturday. Gave benefit of doubt and then a week later was again a no show and this time the reasoning was that they had saved a diff address. Thank you for your feedback. It was completely my mistake transposing the addresses incorrectly. My apologies. I would have headed straight over to the correct address but Zain cancelled (understandably). As to the date, there was a clear miscommunication on both sides; incorrect information captured on both sides. Again, I appreciate the feedback and I apologize for the miscommunication. V/r Jared
