- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish we could just have a menu with pricing like most restaurants, but each service we offer is tailored to the needs of our client's business challenges. We like to be very competitive with our pricing, and many of our clients will tell you that our services have paid for themselves within months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We actively listen. By this, we mean that we ask relevant questions, and listen. We are very passionate about what we do, so we love to learn about new businesses. After we have asked all the questions we can think of, then we work with you hand-in-hand to review every element of your business. We are not only consultants, but are also a team that can help you implement these changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I both have university degrees, have over 20 years in international and domestic experience, and a great track record of helping businesses grow and improve.
