I've seen Pasto Stef preach a few times now. I would have to say he is both an informational and inspirational teacher. His messages aren't light, so you really have to be hungry for growth to enjoy him. If you just want some one to make you feel good for a short time so you can go back home no different than when you left, he isn't the man for you. I can't wait to see him again!

I requested information(a message) on "dreams and goals". Because I was feeling discourage about my dreams and goals. I received the information( message) in a timely manner. Pastor Stef, message was very informative, uplifting and he was transparent. He shared realistic situations about the importance or having dreams and goals. He also gave helpful bible verses that talked about dreams. I'm now encouraged to keep believing in my dreams and my goals.

Pastor Stef is the ultimate professional, and has an innate ability to relate and motivate people. It's not everyday that you hear a speaker that can be so profound while yet remain practical and even make you laugh while gaining a plethora of insight. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work through a three step process of accessing where the clients is in regards to philosophy, performance discussing and discovering the goal, objectives and current challenges then finally a customize message or coaching plan that is suitable.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Born into a low income, single parent home and raised in West Philadelphia, one of the roughest areas of Philadelphia PA. Pastor Stef (Stefan A. Johnson) was not surrounded by inspiring images or supplied concepts of success. Entering into direct sales would change that. It was at the age of 19 while attending bible school Pastor Stef would be introduced to the direct sales industry. At that time he was insecure and incompetent having no idea or instruction on the necessary ingredients of success in that industry or in life. It was through direct sales Pastor Stef would be introduced to personal development. He found that as he grew as a person so did his confidence, influence and success level. His growth would lead to him reaching the executive level in that company and served as the catalyst of him reaching top level positions in other companies and careers as well. Not wanting to be selfish. Pastor Stef immediately began sharing his insights with peers, family and friends. This in turn would lead him to the arenas of life coaching and inspirational teaching. Now, approximately 15 years later, Pastor Stef’s passion to equip and encourage this generation to discover their purpose, develop their potential and achieve their destiny has remained relentless. It is Pastor Stef’s conviction that everyone everywhere is called to a life of success, significance and service that continuously compels him to pour into the lives of professionals, entrepreneurs and the downtrodden alike.
