I had quite a few glitches in my laptop, and really had no idea how to remediate them. Alia was recommended to me by a trusted friend as someone who was thorough and competent in these matters. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I made a phone appointment with her, and she very patiently went through each issue until it was resolved. In about an hour my computer was free of issues, and I was confident that she could handle anything else technical that might come up in the future.
