Aaron did a great job. He helped us removed all furnitures we don’t need and even helped with removing Tv mounting on the wall. I will recommend him to my friends

I contacted Aaron about an interstate move. He sent me a very informative estimate that was broken down by services rendered. Such as packing charge, junk removal charge, final cleaning charge etc. That was very helpful. Also, we had some issues and problems arise during the move and Aaron with his team pivoted and made everything work out. His team is made up of friends and family and their attitude was amazing... kind, courteous, respectful, hard working and very helpful. I already recommended October Ocean to my real estate broker, my sister and a few friends. October Ocean is a small, family, local business and I'm so glad I found them and highly recommend them for any job.

Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work that Aaron and his partner did. They were efficient and well-organized both in emptying the one storage unit and loading it into their truck and also in unloading the truck and arranging things in the new storage unit at the destination. They clearly knew what they were doing and had it down to a science. They were also patient for me to identify which things I wanted in the front, middle, or back of the new unit and what things I wanted low and high. Communication when I initially booked the service, the day before the service, and the day of the move was always clear. I also appreciated that the pricing was clear, upfront, and with no surprises.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For assembly.. it may increase the price of the move because it is time consuming but we do understand that it is needed in most cases..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is best .. to discuss the move distance ,amount of man power needed for the task, parking ,largest item details etc.. we will follow up throughout the day or week leading into the move to make sure everything is still in place because we understand that things come up unexpected... we just ask that you inform us as soon as possible... once everything is verified, the team will show up and take our time with all of your belongings...
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I helped an elderly neighbor at the last minute once his original movers failed to call or show... he noticed the drive within me to complete the task so he suggested that I should take this line of work more seriously in the future... I valued his opinion and took action..
