FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching, mentoring, and Trusted Advisor work does not have a standard fee. I do not have a standard fee for speaking. However, I do make every effort to work within the budget of event planners and non-profit organizations. I do not want my clients counting hours. The goal is success not how many hours we spent getting there. Understanding that key aspect about me, I work to determine the value of the goals to the client. We work out the investment. If we need to talk multiple times in a week, OK if it is only once OK. Each person is different and so are their needs. That is focusing on the client. As it should be. I also have a number of workshops available that can be found on my website. They too are negotiated to work with planners budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Organizations and individuals usually reach out to me to help them improve their leadership ability. Or to give a discussion that is geared to their needs not off the shelf. Typically, I ask a lot of questions and listen to the needs. The first step is to understand that we can work together. That we can build a relationship. Then tailor the effort to the needs of client. I am all about improving the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired Marine Colonel and former Vice President of a major Washington D.C. Non-profit. I have studied, taught and led men and women most of my adult life. I have taught and advised at the highest national levels and hold two Masters Degrees--one in Management and the other in National Security Strategy.
