- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take into account when doing pricing that our price includes all labor, removal & install, lights, Storage, insurance, etc. We charge more because we are BBB certified, cover all damages up to $2,000,000 & offer free repairs throughout the season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet our clients in person, not just send them endless emails or quotes site unseen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from GCU 2004, marketing, but have been in the business over 12 years & learned much along the way.
