- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We continue to keep our bookkeeping and income tax services reasonable. We also offer file now and pay later bank services for those who wish to pay their income tax fees from their refunds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a new client review because each client situation is different we continuously review our clients financial changes each year to ensure that we are proficient in lowering their tax liabilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff hold degrees in Accounting related fields as well as Financial and Business Management. You will see these degrees displayed in our offices.
