- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set pricing based on the job. We are always willing to work with the customer on special requests as part of the general pricing. We want the customer to discuss the job with us so we always agree about the price, and are always willing to listen to the customers request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always happy to have new customers . We will usually set up a appointment to meet them and look at the job they would like us to do, and sit down and talk with them for a little while to let the customer feel comfortable with us. We also let them know we can work with them on special requests and work times if there is a conflict we will always work with them to solve it so they receive the best possible service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business and we have worked in the cleaning and maintenance field for 10 years.
