FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based upon time, effort, and difficulty to complete. We suggest that customers who are looking for bargain rates provide as much material upfront as possible to avoid consulting costs. We work with all sizes and types of businesses. Our goal is to provide the best possible product outcome for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you either in person or over the phone to assess your project. Upon a better understanding of your project we will suggest the next course of action whether your project will require consulting or if we can provide you an estimate based on the project requirements as they are presented. Next we will provide you with a statement of work (SOW) detailing the work to be performed, any out of scope services, and the estimated costs. Upon signing of the SOW your project will be added to our project calendar. You will be contacted by a Lorde & Lincoln account manager to ensure you are kept abreast of your projects progress, and to answer any questions you may have. Depending on the length and scope of your project you will be provided with updates on your projects progress on a weekly basis. If your project is short in nature you will be provided with an estimated delivery date.
