Work Quality: I had a roof that was original to the home from 1992. While the tiles were in excellent condition, the underlayment needed to be replaced. Dillon was able to send a company out to give an estimate for the work and in the meantime, I obtained 3 estimates on my own. After careful review of each, Dillon's company was the best price AND could complete the work the fastest. Best of all, the company worked with Dillon on timing of the roof vs installation of the panels. 5 stars. Professionalism: I have been involved with customer service most of my life and I'm very aware of needs and work ethics. Both Dillon and his company were above-board with me and treated me with respect. While I researched the heck out of every company before spending a penny, he taught me what to look for in a solar company and what to steer clear of. I also spoke to numerous friends who had installations with other companies, both purchse and lease and learned the differences. 5 stars (6 if I could do that). Responsiveness: I had my roof (including the underlayment) completely finished within 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish EVEN with APS inspections. I can't speak for others but I can tell you that this is NOT the norm. On average, you can expect double to triple that from other companies and I don't know why but I was happy (HUGE 5 stars). Faster, quicker, better. Value: While I'm not a fan of spending ANY money, I can tell you that the cost does scare most people. Putting $30-$50k down on something that you don't see everyday is scary. The "plus" is that you will get a huge gov't rebate and significant state rebate at the end of the year AND APS will buy back unused Kilowatt hours and if you take a 401K loan out, you end up paying yourself back with interest, it's not considered income so there are no taxes or penalties and if you do what I did and double up on the payments, you can pay the entire amount off in one year. Again, 5 stars. Punctuality: I've known Dillon for 2 years and I'm a stickler for time. You miss an appointment and fail to call, I don't talk to you again. You will NOT have this happen with him or his company. They show up when they tell you they will be there and I've met the boss and he's just as punctual. Last 5 stars, I promise. Nothing but perfect things so far. I've watched my phone app log in the kilowatt hours being produced vs what is being used and I'm amazed that in one week, I have nearly doubled that amount of produced power as what I am actually using. YEA! Hope this helps anyone interested in Solar. I'm a hard-sell and it's working for me. Save a tree (and a forest).

Dillon has been great to work with. He is not a typical salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took great pains to make sure that I understood the system. We discussed not only the positives, but also the negatives. He did not try to oversell. When I discussed possible additions to the system, he made sure that I was informed on every aspect. Dillon was available on my schedule (and I have extremely limited availability). He worked with me late at night (often after 8pm) and on the weekends. There was not a time I could send him a text without him responding. Dillon understood that this is a large purchase and did not push to simply get the paperwork signed. He has made this a pain free and enjoyable experience.
