- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and lower than pricing from most providers of this type in my local area. I am flexible but I want customers to understand that my pricing is based upon their needs and time requirement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client by hearing who they are, where they originate, what their goals are, and their expectations from me. I want to be clear that any change begins with the person requesting the help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Human Resources and lots of training through employment and workshops I've experienced or taken since 1999.
