David was great to work with! He was quick to respond, and super easy to work with, and did excellent work. He replaced several doors in our basement where the frame was warped due to water damage, and we were super happy with his work. He was professional and we will be using him for future work.

Dave was a fantastic person to work with! In July 2020, we came home from a trip to find the supply line to our third floor toilet had leaked for well over 24 hours. Our house was totaled from third floor to the basement. It was pretty devastating. Dave responded within hours of my contacting him. He was out the next day to look at everything. He put together a comprehensive, but very clear estimate on everything within a week or so. So you understand, this was an estimate that included 4 bedrooms, ceilings to floor, bathroom, 2 hallways, living room, entry way and basement. The house had to be gutted. Dave walked through the estimate with us in each room, providing suggestions, ideas etc. it was very helpful. Dave started the work right away. The walls and ceilings were taken to the studs, then installed drywall. Refinished hardwood floors, re installed the floating floor in the basement, reinstalled the drop ceiling. House was rewired due to knob and tube getting damaged by the water. So much was done in a 100+ year old house. 6 months later we are back in our house and could not be happier! It looks like a new house! You will not find a nicer guy to work with! His communication is great, he listens to your ideas, to him its always about the customer! His work product is great. David & his crew did a great job remodeling my Bathroom & Bedroom.My house is pushing 100 yrs. old & is mostly plaster & lathe which has become dry & brittle. They gutted the bathroom to the studs & removed 2 walls in the bedroom. The bathroom no longer has a tub & now has a beautiful walk in shower. All plumbing & electrical(Both sub-contracted) were updated & are now current to code in these 2 rooms. It has been just about 1 year since the work was completed & I am so pleased with the end result. Thanks to DFM Maintenance & General Contracting for a job well done!
