- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer numerous services and base our prices off of either square feet, linear feet, or hours we estimate that a certain service will take us. Your estimate will clearly state what service we are providing you with and how much each item will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to give the customer a clearly explained and fair bid. We will give them an estimated time table to when we can start the job and how long it will take us. Once a customer accepts our bid, we will require a 50% deposit to begin work. This will allow us to purchase the material needed for the job. Once the work begins at least one of our owners will be on your job site from start to finish. Upon completion, we will require the remaining 50% of the balance due and we will provide the customer with an invoice showing their payments and warranty information for the service that they received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in mold remediation, mold testing and inspection, basement waterproofing, basement wall stabilization, and crack injection. We have a combined 50 years of experience in these areas as well as crawl space encapsulation, sump pump installation, exterior drainage solutions, and interior and exterior painting and staining.
