- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a strong working relationship with new clients is our priority. The majority of our communication takes place via phone and/or email unless specified by the client. Our initial steps focus on understand the full scope of the project and overall goals. Moving forward, we establish regular communication patterns with the client based on agreed upon timelines to create effective and efficient completion of all projects.

We have worked with a diverse set of clients across numerous domains including, but not limited to: Healthcare, Advertising/Marketing, Information Technology, Accounting, Financial Services. We have worked with clients at many stages of his/her careers, from high level executives to recent graduates embarking on their first employment opportunity.
