Introduction: I am a personal and professional coach. ”Life coach” conjures a new-age feeling that doesn’t apply; however, “executive coach” is too narrowly focused on one’s work. I help my clients design their best life by helping them get clear on what they want and developing a strategy to get it. It is very frequently about finding equilibrium. Achieving real balance requires defining what’s important when, and then giving the various areas of your life the right proportion of attention and energy. It sometimes requires the discipline to be still. It frequently requires hard work. I help you chart your course and encourage you along the way. I help clients define priorities, address issues that hold them back, and execute strategy that will achieve their objectives. I help you take control and develop your confidence. I will enable you to leverage your assets. I will help you to have fun throughout the process. I will really listen to you. I will hear what you’re saying and what you’re not saying. I will ask you powerful questions that help you focus and propel your thinking. I will challenge your assumptions and hold you accountable, but first and foremost, I will be your champion. Lucid Advising applies time-tested coaching tools, developed by the ‘father of coaching,’ Thomas J. Leonard, who coined the phrase “coaching” and brought the field to the forefront. Trained through his program Coach U, I tailor these tried and true techniques to each client’s needs. My approach can help anyone sharpen focus and move forward. My goal for clients is greater confidence through clarity. I really love sharing the coaching process with clients, and hearing their deep satisfaction in designing their best life and going further faster.
