- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my sessions have their own set price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask all clients what their specific wants/needs are before throwing out my own ideals! I explain cost, payment plans if needed, locations are discussed, and I go through the process of how the session will go. Clothing ideals and makeup/styling tips are also discussed:) Stylist/Beauticians if needed can be recommended for use on site.
