- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My commission is based on the sale price of your home, and varies based on service provided. I frequently offer seasonal discounts and promotions. Please ask me about my current promotion!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we list your home or begin your home search, I will connect with you via phone, email, or in person (depending on your schedule and preference.) We will: -discuss important details about your home/prospective home -hear your goals for your transaction -complete a CMA/sales analysis for your home -make sure you have important information available about inspections, closing costs, etc. -address any questions or concerns you may have. Every home and client is different, and I make an effort to tailor my process to fit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2016. Before that, I worked as an Office Manager/Listing Coordinator for 2 of the top producing agents in Western North Carolina. It was great to see how the "best of the best" agents sold homes, and I learned a lot from them about how to give great client care and sell homes quickly and for top dollar.
