Soft-Wash Explained: The Soft wash is a detergent clean that removes all mildew, algae, mold, moss & lichen that may be growing on the home.  Also it removes all spider webs and bug nests.  The entire home including eaves overhangs soffits and trim is cleaned. It gets in all cracks and crevices in windows that brushes and rags connot.  Basically it cleans everything except the shingles. The detergent will NOT negatively affect plants or landscaping. It is thoroughly rinsed with garden hose only pressure that will not remove any paint or harm any surface whatsoever. It is also preventative compared to a pressure washing clean which only wipes the surface. And does fully remove the organic growth the is attacking your home.
