FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job more than anything but I like to see exactly what the customer is wanting done more so than trying to understand it by text or over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer, I believe 1 of the most important things to do is, listen. After introducing myself and asking if they have any questions about me and how I can serve them and give them the service they are looking for, I would then want to know about what they are hoping to have at the end of the job. And I would let them know that I am a very honest person and I would never do anything on job that I wouldn't do as if I was working on my own home or job for myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed high school and also took a couple different courses in college. I have experience in a wide range of trades. Most from working as a lead maintenance man for a company that dealt with different contacts on flipping houses and remodeling. Other experience came from long term jobs I had. Carpentry/building, Plumbing (water heater replacement, new pipes, leaks, replacement lines, replacement faucets and showers/sinks), painting interior and exterior, electrical, flooring (hard wood, L.V.T, vinyl, laminate, carpet, tile and other hard surfaces and sub-floor replacement, shoe, base board and other trim work or installation) concrete related work, appliances installation and hook ups or dish washers and other items.
