Update 10/20/17- I am a Realtor and I just used Guillermo at one of my homes I listed in Oakland. He found someone to trim the tree, who also did an outstanding job! And he did the rest and handled it all!! You need to stop looking and call Guiellermo!
WOW!! Not only is he prompt and knowledgable but honest. His prices are very reasonable as well.
I moved back into my rental that needs alot of work, including the both front and back yard. During the hours of cleanup, he came to me and said-- I need to tell you I broke your back slider window, what he did not know was that the tenant actually broke it. I really appreciated his honesty and desire to take responsibility over what he thought he did!

We had Guillermo come over to take a look at our sad draught resistant lawn; it needed some TLC after all the rain. He was responsive, started work in just a couple of days and the yard looks amazing. He pulled all the weeds, trimmed/pruned all of our bushes and mulched. It hasn't looked this good since the yard was put in 2 years ago. He'll be coming by once a month for maintenance. Give him a try!
