- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing, but rather prices based on the time dedication expected for the project and the anticipated complexity. An hourly rate service is available, however, at $200 per hour for small projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer relationship will begin with an introductory phone call or brief meeting to discuss the framework of the project. After the initial understanding is in place, a highly specialized approach will be followed thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. I also have an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
