- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll start with a phone or e-mail consultation to discuss the client's tax situation and answer any questions they may have. I'll then review their prior year's tax return to see if there are any opportunities for tax planning to reduce their tax liability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelors degree in accounting and am licensed as a CPA in the state of California. As a licensed CPA, I am required to complete continuing education which keeps me up-to-date on the latest tax developments.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of clients, from recent graduates just starting in their careers to high net worth individuals. I've helped new businesses set up their bookkeeping and helped small businesses convert from a sole proprietorship to a corporation.
