FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some square footage prices and lineal foot prices, it all depends on the size and scope of the project somethings just can't be bid on a square foot or lineal foot basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond to them as quickly as possible, answer any questions they may have, try to steer them in the best direction, set up a time to meet with them in person and look at their project. When I meet with them I like to introduce myself and tell them a little bit about myself , then take a look at the project, measure up everything take pictures take notes, go back to the office ,review everything thoroughly ,so that I can come back with an accurate and honest estimate. After I am done my homework I will give them a verbal quote over the phone or email, and if they agree to the price and terms, I then write them up a very detailed contract, of what they will be getting for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
