FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i work with people based on their needs and abilities to pay. having a clean home makes for a smoother life, and sometimes its difficult to pay these extreme prices to just get a (excuse the expression) half assed job. i work with each customer based on their needs, wants and financial ability. i do very thorough detailed work to just the basics. i like to meet at the place that needs cleaning and seeing what exactly the customer wants done. then making an offer based on how long it will take me to meet these needs. a lot of my customers are recurring. so weve arranged for me to do an initial deep clean and then either weekly or bi weekly with one or two extras each cleaning. im willing to either be paid by the job or hourly. typically paying by the job is cheaper in the long run for my customers.its the easiest to discuss all this in person at the job, so we both can see and point out what needs need to be met and how i figure my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to meet up with the customer at the location to be cleaned to discuss the needs and wants and what will be required. at that time we will agree on a price. then can set up a date. i have had customers that wanted to stay while i cleaned and customers that said they would be back in hours. either way works for me. whatever makes you comfortable.i go about doing what i do best on the agreed upon date and time and you come home to a clean house...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
training with the super clean queen grandma since i was 6 years old.
