What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No it is a case by case project and to hard to tell unit I know what the goals are. Yes, there are goals in real estate and it isn't always just sell my house. Most of the time it is, not all the time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in availability, communication and the idea the only bad question is the one never asked.
