- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard prices for certain projects. Other, larger projects will be set quite. I have worked with some customers that preferred an hourly rate and I am ok with that when the situation calls for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually touch base with the customer to gain a solid understanding of the project. I will attempt to give a window of time necessary to complete the project and do my bests to explain the costs associated. It is often necessary to see the job for a more accurate quote. So if necessary we will set up a time that works to get together and go over the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for over ten years with tile work and plumbing making up the majority. I have been the lead plumber on large jobs for several years.
