- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service call plus parts, and will price certain repairs separately, based on the difficulty of the repair and time required to fix the problem. I give 10% off for 1st-time customers, customers age 65 or older, and for military veterans and 1st responders.

Listen to what issues the customer has and go from there
