FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not. I work with each client to determine the best pricing structure for their case. I have guidelines on what I will charge for various levels of criminal cases, but every case is different and at times I will decrease or increase a rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new clients at my office in down town Plano and gather as much information as possible about their life and their case and we work together to develop a strategy and plan for their individual situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as the intern for the Denton County District Attorney's Office, Crimes Against Children Division while in law school. Upon becoming licensed as an attorney, I was hired as an assistant district attorney for the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office where I worked as a prosecutor for 4 years. While in Tarrant County I was promoted to felony and worked in the Family Violence Division, Grand Jury Division, Misdemeanor Trial Division and Felony Trial Division. I left Tarrant County to return to my home town of Plano and open my own criminal defense practice in 2008. I now handle criminal cases in Dallas County, Collin County and Denton County.
