Kyle from Elements Chimney swept my flue today. He was very professional and made sure to move items carefully and kept his work area as clean as possible. I just purchased this home and Kyle was able to give me all the information I needed to operate the fireplace properly. I am pretty knowledgeable about fireplaces in general, but Kyle was able to tell me some things about this particular model that I did not know and I really appreciate that. He also was very honest with what needed to be repaired soon and other things that could be put off for a while. Overall I will use this company again and would highly recommend using them if you're on the fence. My experience, they were on time, affordable, honest and trustworthy what else can you ask for?

Jeff was very professional, Very knowledgeable and very upfront and honest. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and was on time. I hired elements Chimney to clean both my fireplaces but he informed me that one did not need to be cleaned and saved me money by just servicing the fireplace that needed it. He kept his work area very clean and organized while he was working and was very careful moving my property around and putting it back into place. I would highly recommend them to anyone and now have a great company I trust and will continue to use.

Kyle, is very professional, I am the property Manager . While he was at the Duplex location he called me to give an evaluation before he started. Then he proceeded with cleaning and giving us the special early winter price of $110. Very nice. I will continue to call Thumbtack. Great service. On my Christmas lights on my house we scheduled an appointment to get it done next week. Not done yet with China's lights. Will give evaluation as soon as done. Thanks.

This company did a very good job. Kyle was very professional and called 2-3 times from his prior job location to keep me updated on when he would arrive. They did a thorough job with the chimney cleaning and inspection. While installing the gas logs, Kyle noted the need for a different gas line. He procured that and finished the job. Now the front room in very warm :>. Thanks for a job well done.
