- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a military discount, but please wait until after we have given you a verbal bid before asking for it. Sometimes we offer discounts on bulk jobs. Currently, we charge a fee for credit card and debit card transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we assess the job on-site with permission from the property owner. Sometimes the property owner prefers to be present when we do this, but other times, with their permission, we look it over on our own time. Within 48 hours you will receive an emailed estimate on letterhead. The email will include our licensure information both with the Nebraska Arborist Association and with Omaha and Bellevue. Also attached in the email is a PDF of our insurance rider, which includes worker's comp. Our insurance meets or exceeds the limits required by all the jurisdictions which require us to be insured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are state-licensed by the Nebraska Arborist Association and we also carry licenses in both Bellevue and Omaha. No other cities or towns where we work offer licensure. We are also fully licensed for pesticide application for our chemical injections. We regularly attend classes to acquire CEUs, and we send our employees to Nebraska Arborist Association-accredited safety classes as well. We are Red Cross first aid, CPR, and AED certified.
