- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find it sad that so many people are priced out of getting help due to cost, inability to find a provider that takes their insurance, or the inability to travel. If you will pay the standard introductory $50 fee...I promise to help you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to listen. I know some Life Coaches feel like you should know exactly what you need. That is not always true. Its okay to explore emotions. You may know what you need but not know how to get there or how to identify what you need. In my mind, that is okay. We can find out fairly quickly what direction will be most beneficial to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned I have a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Utah. My specialty was Education, Culture and Society. In my mind those are the main things we need to understand. Where do we fit in? What is our role in this Culture in Relationships, work, friendships etc? If we struggle in society...why do we struggle? I have also been a motivational speaker, author, educator and most importantly, I am a genuine person just like you.
