- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service needed I can talk out a pricing system that best work's for the client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working one on one with clients I like to give a layout of my services and answer any questions they may have along with getting a stable idea of the service they need whether it be pet sitting, walking, or training. Meeting the pet and getting to know them is also one of my top priorities. Working in a business such as a dog daycare or Veterinary setting I like to be personable with the customers as well as educated on their animals to assist and answer questions they may have. I do my best to make them and their pet feel comfortable and reassured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in costumer service as well as a dog groomers/daycare. I have trained all of my dogs and have helped friends and colleagues.
