The job was to install the tile underflooring and lay tile for the 8x10 bathroom floor. This was the first time I have used Chad McGee and his assistant Jay for this bathroom repair after a burst heating pipe. They were simply outstanding and worked together beautifully. Chad is very professional, precise, does beautiful work and is a pleasure to have in one's home! He arrived when expected, even a bit earlier, and both he and his assistant got right to work. They did not waste a moment. I would HIGHLY recommend Chad McGee Tile and Construction. Flawless!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to speak with a potential customer and discuss the needs so that I can determine a cost for there project, I can also meet with the customer and take a detailed look at there project and provide a estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tile business for over 15 years and have a very extensive background in construction.
