- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing here is an hourly rate. Generally this ranges from $98 and up depending on different variables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is first sending an initial estimate. We like to follow this up with a phone chat if the customer can. This is allows us to confirm that the email quote is in fact accurate. We also like this talk because it allows us the discuss things that weren't in the email such as parking and so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business here in Mass for over 8 years. I personally have over 15 years of moving experience as the owner. This allows me to be very selective in the movers I hire. They must live up to the high exceptions that my customers and I have.
