I first met Kathie when I needed help renting my condo 10 yrs ago. She treated me with the same respect and attentiveness I would have expected from a selling agent. I didn't forget that. 10 yrs later, it was time to sell. I needed to sell my condo and also find a suitable place to buy to live, somehow coordinating the two moves. The thought of it was overwhelming. I called Kathie and asked her if she remembered me. Of course she did. She came over and told me what I needed to do to update, prepare the condo for prospective buyers if I wanted it to sell easily. She even suggested the paint color of the walls that she had noticed buyers tended to like. I took her suggestions and had her come over when the place was ready. She listed it on a Tuesday , had 4 showings on a Sunday and 2 offers came in. Sold in less than a week and for the price I felt was fair. She also made sure that I had a buyer that would allow me to find suitable housing. I knew what I wanted and Kathie delivered. She not only made sure that I knew what to expect, not only from her but all parties involved, but also made sure all of the parties involved, ie: finance companies, lawyers, condo association, the buyers group of people, did their jobs so that my closing went smoothly. I never got nervous because I knew Kathie had everything under control. She never got nervous, always was in control, took problems as they popped up, handled them, made the phone calls that were necessary to get everyone involved on the same page. I will never purchase or sell another home with out Kathie Palm on my side. She is the perfect buyers and sellers agent. You will never worry if you have Kathie working for you.
