Introduction: My absolute passion is providing others with the motivation, support, and knowledge to accomplish their health and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, reduce body fat, increase muscle, or just feel better, I am here to help! I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities and create specific customized plans for each individuals goals. My motto is "A goal is a dream with a deadline" and I'm here to help yours become a reality. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also have my certification for group exercise from AFAA and my R.I.P.P.E.D. certification. In addition to personal training, I also offer small group training options for families and groups of friends! For corporate interest, I provide Lunch and Learns, On-Site Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Fitness Socials, and Health Coaching Services. I have worked in Corporate Wellness for 4 Years and have put together specific Wellness Plans to help companies engage their employees in healthy lifestyle changes! In addition to presenting to many area businesses, I have also presented at the International Health, Racquet, and Sports club Association (IHRSA) annual conference consecutive years. I LOVE having the chance to inspire people! The most rewarding part of my profession is having the opportunity to impact someone's life in a healthy positive way! No matter who you are or where you're at...You CAN BE whoever you want to be!!! Realize that you ARE beautiful, you ARE strong, and you CAN do this! You just have to believe you're worth it! I have been attending Sarah's group training classes for almost one year. She is amazing for many reasons, and let me tell you why. First, her energy is contagious! There are not many days that I can remember over the past year that she has not had a smile on her face. But don't let her fool you--she's always smiling, but she's also very fierce. From beginning to end it is obvious that her goal is to challenge the class and make us push ourselves to be the best that we can be. She is always well prepared and comes to class with an action plan (and good music). Sarah demonstrates each exercise thoroughly and is not afraid to correct form when necessary--a quality of every good trainer. Her workouts are always well planned, and she mixes it up often with many days of total body exercises that target all areas. Her workouts are a great balance with no two days the same, and always something new and exciting to try. And although she likes to mix it up, Sarah is also very observant and recognizes when exercises aren't fully effective for the class. She is able to think quickly and make adjustments as necessary, which is extremely beneficial for her attendees. She is also very cognizant of the classes' abilities and is always willing to offer modifications for tougher exercises or work around specific disabilities any of us possess. I have overall had a great experience training with Sarah! She has so much to offer as far as healthy eating tips, workout tricks, and how to balance it all while still keeping it fun. She is extremely motivating, and I would highly recommend Sarah to assist in keeping you on track and in shape!

Working with Sarah as my trainer was the best choice I could have made for me and my fitness goals. I really needed guidance and someone to tell me I CAN push through two more reps rather than stopping cause my body says "good enough". Not only am I losing inches and getting stronger, I'm also becoming more knowledgeable - that's what I love most. Everything makes sense when she's explaining/demonstrating the exercises. And to top my 5 star- outstanding experience off, Sarah is always happy to see you and she wants to be there with you, pushing you to be the best you can be. All in all, if you're serious about your fitness goals, Sarah is an ideal person to get in touch with. ;) THANK YOU, SARAH!

Sarah is awesome!! She is so full of energy which keeps her clients motivated and she's very encouraging and supportive of your goals. I was a part of her group class as well as an individual trainee and she worked around my schedule in order to help me work out the way I needed to. Sarah is great!
