What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge everyone standard prices for the size of there house the more square foot a house is the more pesticides/Termicide's are used.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All Work is guaranteed and all customers get put into our secure system so we can offer yearly services and coupons 15% off seniors and veterans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took courses on core which has to do with safety and equipment instruction for applications and what is required. And i took a course on 7A which is hous hold pests and 7A which is wood destroying insects than i took all my exams and i am certified and license for all these categories.
