Set up an appointment to get some screens installed. Mike said that he would call me the day before to get my address. That day came and i hadn't heard from him so i sent him a message. He replied saying he was busy with another job and wouldnt be free for another week. (At best this is bad planning and poor communication, at worst it's a sign of disrespect for his customers's time. And if he knew he was running a week late, i can only assume he was aware of that fact days ahead of time, yet i was the one who had to reach out to him to find out what was going on.)
He seemed to be sincerely sorry and asked if i could wait a week. I asked if he could commit to being here on a specific day, and he said he would definately be here.
Fast forward a week and again I hadnt heard anything from him, so I send him a message to see if he was still going to make it. This time I heard nothing back. So I have wasted two weeks on him with nothing to show but frustration.
As they say, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." So thanks Mike for making me the fool.

Mike, did an awesome job on installing my doors. He even fixed an existing door free of charge. He said he would be here between 930 and 10 and called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous job. I really liked that as I feel my time is valuable and believe on letting the person know if you are running late. I really liked his quality of work and did the doors exactly as I had asked him to do. I even asked him for another bid on some repair work on the outside of my house. Looking forward to working with him again

I hired Mike to relocate built-in cabinets in my garage that a prior homeowner had installed in poor locations. Mike responded promptly to my post and was straightforward about his approach to the project. Mike was able to work around my schedule, which was appreciated; worked very hard and efficiently (on a hot day!); and was genuinely concerned that I was a satisfied customer. I was -- I am very happy with Mike's work and will think of him first for my other handyman needs. Thanks, Mike!
