FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$39 for a 20 minute consultation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a chat over the phone with a client. I ask them what prompted them to see a dietitian and what results they want to achieve. I then explain to them that I work with clients in either of two ways. 1. The short, long way. 2. The long, short way. The short, long way refers to those clients that want quick and fast results. I help them reach the results they want in their given time frame, but this method does not create lifelong habits. Although some people can maintain the results, majority fall back in to their old ways since we are creatures of habit. The long, short way however, is a process that does take longer, but by making strides, one step at a time towards a client’s health goals, the changes being made and the results that occur are for life. To provide the best personalized care, my clients then fill out a pre-appointment questionnaire. The questionnaire has been designed to help clients get the most out of their appointments. Then comes the initial consultation. The initial consultation sets the ground work for a client's success. It is an allotted slot created to find out all about a patient’s lifestyle, likes, dislikes, habits and more. A review of the questionnaire takes place. If a client wants, their blood work results will be examined. Together we set a framework with goals to determine which direction we are heading towards to lead to a successful healthful outcome.
