George Durham and Company Band

Introduction: George Durham and Company Band is the most talented band. We play all over the state of Florida and out of state of Florida. We are a band that plays a lot of instruments and play them well. There are three people in this band. The fourth person would be a female singer. No matter what kind of music you like, we can play it or read sheet music, or play by ear. George Durham is a composer of music and written his own songs (My CD is Passages). He has open for concerts such as Aaron Tippins, R&B singer Freddy Jackson, and Don Ho in Hawaii. As you see, we are not a one-dimensional band. George Durham and Company is a variety band. We can play all types of music. We can play Christmas music, jazz, Motown, country, Zydeco, blues, '50s to '80s rock and roll, classical, blues, Caribbean (with the steel drum) for outside by the pool, reggae and old standards (big band). Our instruments are as follows: * In the flute division we have the following: - Bass - Alto - C- soprano - E flat flute - Piccolo * In the saxophone division we have the following: - Soprano - Alto - Tenor - C- melody saxophone * In the clarinet division we have the following: - Oboe - B flat clarinet * In the banjo division we have the following: - Five-string banjo - Four-string banjo * In the fiddle division we have the following: - Acoustic -- Fiddle - Electric -- Fiddle * In the guitar division we have the following: - Six-string guitar - Seven-string guitar - Bass guitar * In the keyboard division we have the following: -Four keyboards * In the percussion section we have the following: - Timbales - Congas - Bongos - Steel drums We are a group of two, three or four people which the fourth person would be a female singer.
