Introduction: I've been in the construction business for 29 years. Hi my name is Kevin I am a licensed general contractor with 29 years experience in construction. My interest /passion is in residential building repair and refurbishing. I should have believed the prior reviews . Kevin would show up a few hours a day . He was very inconsistent. He wanted the money upfront that’s when the Alarms went off. Not only did he not finish the job after I paid him the full 6,000.00 but the Quality is horrible . So many uneven or missed cuts and gaps . I asked for a a deck with a roof . It’s looks like what I wanted but as you look closer you see all the gaps on the handrails and ceiling . He also used philips screws not torque screws . I have not seen or heard from him in 3 months and we are still finding screws all over the lawn and driveway. He decided to change his number so I can’t reach him . We ended up hire Scott Nolan out of metarie to finish up the job . This is our first bad experience with thumbtack , I hope his services are removed from this website . I will be deleting this app after this post .

Kevin was GREAT!!! He was able to install my glass sliding barn doors promptly and made sure it was precise. He was adamant about making sure it was how I wanted them and even helped with my garbage disposal (not what he came for). He was also friendly and knowledgeable. Great work, would highly recommend to anyone for any house project, maintenance, etc.

Did a great job. Had a couple of windows that broke in a storm. I posted the work at 730 am. Response by 830... estimate and measurements by noon. Came back in the evening to repair the windows. All in one day. Nice job!
