- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are here so people can afford US. We are not a company looking to get rich off the animal care that we provide. We have a passion for what we do so we make it affordable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meet and greet before the first walk if possible. This gives me a chance to meet you and your animal so that both of you are comfortable. I like to know if there is anything special your animal needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with large breed dogs all the way to tea cups. I love them all and each takes a different type of love.
