- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are set based on services and time requested.The is a travel fee for anything 30 miles outside the city limit.I offer student and military discounts. I do require a deposit to reserve your appointment. If your appointment is canceled within 24 hours a full refund will be issued.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I typically work with a new client I like to establish a relationship prior to the appointment;having a brief consultation. In this consultation I like to discuss current skin care routines, skin prep routine prior to appointment,address any concerns,and discuss the look for for the event. Bridal Consults I prefer to do in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Empire Beauty school.I am a certified Mac Artist.
