- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a base price. Price is determined by multiple factor, venue location, amount of equipment needed to adequately support the venue / event, services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first confirm the date and time of the event that services are needed for. The next step is to talk with the customer to identify the specific needs for the event. Then last but not least a sit down to review the details of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated this company for more than 10 years, performing 30 to 60 times per year.
